The main structure of the training platform is made by Beijing Hyundai engine, which can perfectly realize the functions of the original car engine system.

1. There are detection terminals on the engine test bench panel, which can directly detect the electrical signals of the sensors, actuators and engine control unit pins on the panel, such as resistance, current, frequency, voltage and waveform signals.

2. The test bench fault simulation system can simulate actual working conditions and set up various common automobile engine faults.

3. The test bench is equipped with safety protection devices, such as main power switch, water tank protective cover, flywheel and other rotating parts.

4. The computer diagnostic instrument equipped with the original car diagnostic seat can be used to read the fault code and data flow of the engine electronic control system

5. The pointer oil pressure gauge of the test bench indicates the fuel pressure value; the pointer vacuum gauge indicates the vacuum pressure value.

6. ​​The voltmeter of the test bench displays the changes of sensors and actuators in real time, and LEDs are used to indicate the operating status of each executive component (such as injector pulse).

7. The circuit board of the test bench is coated with a color inkjet circuit diagram. The inkjet image is equipped with a plexiglass protective layer. Students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram and the actual engine to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system.
